Community Day date/time: Saturday, September 29, 2018, 10AM-2PM. (RAINDATE of Saturday, October 6, 2018.) Location: Huntington Community Fellowship, 147 Shortmans Road, Mineral, VA 23117. Arrival Time/Setup & Take Down: Arrive at 8:30AM. Be setup & in place by 9:30AM. Take down will not be before 2PM.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space as it was found. We will make every effort to accommodate vendor requests; however, we cannot make any guarantees. Deadline for a guaranteed vendor spot: Vendor Application must be sent in no later than September 1, 2018.
Spaces will be assigned only after receipt of a completed Community Vendor Application. Vendors are asked to provide their own table. If a table is unavailable, mark it on the application and HCF will provide one. 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor space. It is encouraged to bring a canopy to provide shade from the sun, as Community Day will be an outdoor event. Electricity is available, but limited, on a first come basis. If electricity is needed, mark it on the application. Vendors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords and adapters.
